"This was my first visit. Staff immediately acknowledged me, thanked me for providing completed forms, and told me they had located and received prior dentist info as well as confirming my dental insurance. A dental assistant then did a thorough medical history and Dr. McFarland reviewed everything with me including additional clarification and details. After a full set of X-rays, Dr. McFarland reviewed them with me carefully and did additional assessment. They had an opening for dental cleaning immediately after the exam so I was able to take advantage of that. Michelle did a thorough and minimally painful cleaning! Everyone was timely and efficient with minimal wait time between functions.I would give staff, hygienist and dentist 5 stars for my experience."
