"I recently scheduled an appointment with Zona Dental for a treatment that was three months away. Prior to the appointment, I requested an estimate for the cost of the treatment since I had switched insurances and Zona Dental was out of network, which they provided as $113. Based on that estimate, I decided to keep the appointment. However, when the bill arrived three months later, I was shocked to see that the total cost was over $300. When I contacted Zona Dental to inquire about the discrepancy, they informed me that I should have asked for a pre-treatment estimate instead of the estimate they provided, which they claimed was not a guarantee of the final cost. While I understand the distinction they made, I believe it would have been helpful for them to have been more clear and transparent about the limitations of the estimate they provided. Therefore, I recommend that anyone scheduling an appointment with Zona Dental, especially if they are out of network, should ask for a pre-treatment estimate to avoid any surprises. Once you ge the pre-treatment estimate, confirm the informatio with your insurance and when you go to the appoimtment confirm the plan before the treatment."

I aways feel like I'm getting top notch treatment. The office is super pretty too, the giant windows from the dentist chair faces the mountains so it's a really calming experience. "I have been a patient here for many years. They no longer accept my insurance as in network. They would not work with me on price of a routine cleaning that's always covered by my insurance . The hygienists are very nice, but their front office is a mess. Their is no loyalty to their patients. I am very disappointed. Do not go here!"

My cleaning was comfortable, and Stephanie did a great job of communicating with me to entire time. The exam with Dr. Richardson was complete and the polish they used took off coffee stains that I have not been able to remove before. I highly recommend them!"
