"I wanted to go back with my 7 year old for the cleaning and they said No, not after 2pm. They did not care as I asked multiple times and said she hassome disabilities that might not be visible at first. I should’ve went with my gut and just left right then . I regret that I did not push harder, but I did ask more than five times . My daughter was crying when I went back to get her and later. she said they told her she wasn’t being brave when she freaked out about sealant. I have no idea now if they used fluoride. . I should have left right then and so mad at myself for not leaving . Be careful, their caring is false and they do not care about making dental experiences positive for kids. My daughter is now traumatized and I regret not going with my gut. This was a vastly different experience when we went there last year when I was allowed to be with my daughter. I say that would never say to a young child they aren’t being brave when they are afraid of a dental procedure when her mom couldn’t be there. She’s not 14, she’s young! They are not empathetic or caring or good natured at all. please be careful taking your children here. there are much better options in town . Dentists who want to make your kids experience positive. Do not go here. I am so sorry I didn’t leave right then. Luckily, we already found a new dentist that got us in this week.."
