"To David Watkins: Hi David, your office was seeing my entire family for years. My daughter was the last member that kept coming to your office. She was constantly in pain and she finally listened and visited the new office the rest of us move to. I cannot believe that after reviewing her X-rays they immediately saw a list of more than 20 issues to solve before things worsen. It’s going to cost over $4000 dollars to go over all the issues. She was your patient very recent. How can so many issues be ignored if now propagated? What happened to your office? How can this be? We’re very frustrated and truly disappointed. You can probably hear me yelling. Words aren’t enough. Shame on your workers!"

"The hygienist I saw was great but we won’t be going back. They aren’t well equipped to support seeing kids (no screens, no foam fluoride and a boring atmosphere) Also, aside from the hygienist the staff is not very personable or attentive to patient comfort. I was alarmed to discover you generally don’t see a hygienist to get your teeth cleaned when you have an exam which is weird to me. Finally the last straw was they told me it would be $0 and then charged me $70 for x-rays. I prefer my dentist to be transparent with the charges so overall I would rate it as ok, but not the right fit for me or my family."

"Dr Rice and Dr Watkins are the only dentists you should see for pediatric dentistry. But good luck getting an appointment. I do not recommend the other providers. This place is so crowded and rushed every time we go. They have cancelled appointments multiple times (days before the appointment) and reschedule for 1 month later. Not ok. Too many cons to continue with this place. I suggest you find another pediatric dentist."

"My husband broke his cap on a Friday. We are currently traveling in our RV so the timing wasn’t great. Rita Ranch Dental was recommended to us. My husband called them and they got us in on Monday! We were surprised it was so quick. They were very helpful and so professional. Dr Rice was tremendous. So was his assistant. They made a new cap for him that day. It’s better than the one he had previously. We would definitely recommend Rita Ranch Dental. If we make Tucson our winter home we will become permanent patients."
