Big Dave's Towing & Roadside Service

"This is the worst roadside service I have ever called. If you want to get ripped off, you are welcome to use their services, but I don’t think they provide a service they just rip people off. For a 20 inch hose replacement and 11 gallons of coolant they charged $940 when the driver fixed it and told him he will pay the call service and for the coolant but the guy didn’t agree which was going to be around $450 which is not bad at all for driving 15 miles and spending only 30 min and doing nothing. I think it’s not fair to treat people like that when they are already in trouble. RESPONDING TO YOUR COMMENT: First of all you don’t even know when you are providing services. If I wrote the review on the Christmas Day or Christmas Eve it doesn’t mean you provided the service on that day. Even if you work on holiday it doesn’t give you right to take advantage of it. I understand that working on holiday is tough and I agree to pay a little extra but not get ripped off by companies like you."

Upon arrival, the decision was made to take our trailer to their parking without prior notification. Clear communication about such substantial fees is crucial for customer trust, and unfortunately, this was lacking in our case. This experience has left us dissatisfied, and I hope this review serves as feedback for "Big Dave's Towing" to reconsider their communication practices and pricing transparency. Potential customers should be aware of the possibility of unforeseen charges when considering their services."

"WORST TOWING EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!! Picked up my truck and towed it to Tucson Az His truck smelled like butt!!! Guy was nice and ready to help until he got paid then left me and my partner and 2 dogs in the cold and wouldn’t take us 15 more minutes up the road to a hotel room. I understand it’s not his job but the amount paid should have covered a 15 minute ride. We offered to pay extra and he still wouldn't do it …. I forgot the guys name but I do remember him telling us that he accidentally shot himself in the leg…. We even offered to pay him extra to take us to the hotel .. and he left us sitting."

"Not that I like being in a situation where I need to be towed, but I'm glad I got to have a great experience dealing with this tow service. While broke down, I had Ethan stop by and check on me then offered me his services. Their boss checked up on me as I was trying to figure out what we were doing. It ended with them having their driver Dalton come and pick me up. He picked me & the truck up with the swiftness and was a pretty cool dude to ride with to the destination. Definitely would use again."

"I went off roading in places your no supposed to off road and got stuck in sand. After trying to dig myself out for an hour I called Big Dave. He came right out, looked the situation over and came up with a plan. Then Dave and Kenny came out and pulled my pick up out, saving my wife and I from an over night survival situation. Not only are Dave and Kenny real professionals they have a great attitude and are fun. Thanks guys Ken"
