They are thorough, kind, and have follow up appointments to make sure all is well even after you receive your retainer. They treated me wonderfully the entire time and I highly recommend them. Also, if you pay in full, you'll save some money, $300 in my case, which worked out in the long run since my invisalign took a tad longer than expected.
