"This location is horrible.. You walk in and the staff make u feel like your not wanted.. My kids appointment wes at 9:30am we got their at 9am to check in. They called us back at 9:45am that 15min passed out appointment so my kids was already acting up because we where waiting 45min in the lobby and yes I was their early but they tell u to get there 15min before to check in. We where in the room for another 40min and it was to much for my son. I got out the room to leave and the nurse ran and got the doctor who was sitting on her office and I get paperwork but that's crazy to be their for so long and we where in the waiting room so I had seen everyone that came in. At that point why have a appointment. Doctor looked at my kid for 1min and told us he is good give him Tylenol for pain.. And this is not the first tome this has happened last time was only 35 min but still if your appointment is at 9:30am at least 10am if we where seen but we left that office at 11:30am that 2hours.."
