"I was rescheduled due to office illness, understandable, arrived today to find out a basic new patient will take 3 visits. The Hygienist was not available for today’s visit and it’s just a pre hygienist visit, cleaning would be visit number 3. The office is not well kept, the exam room has holes in the wall from equipment removed and different equipment installed. Overall impression is 3rd world. I will not be back."

"**Review update. My fix was so simple I came home and grabbed the frayed piece of wire with tweezers and it came right off. Did not even require a snip!* If it was possible to give 0 stars I would, but here's your token 1 star Western Dental. I have a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth. It has been in place for 17 years with no problems. Today at lunch one of the wires frayed and started poking me. It just requires a little snip to fix the problem. I was super pumped to find a provider close to my home open on a Saturday. I popped in to see if they had someone who could trim the wire for me. Literally a 10 second fix. I was told that they don't work with permanent retainers and that they would be happy to check me in, remove my appliance, and give me a temporary, plastic retainer I'd have to take in and out and clean every day. On what planet would that be a good treatment plan for me? Why would I: A) Do any unnecessary dental procedures? B) Pay for a complicated treatment when the fix for the problem is so simple? We just moved here and are in the market for a family dentist. Our youngest is also going to require extensive orthodontic treatment. Good thing this practice doesn't want or need my or my family's business. Seriously disappointed that this office was unwilling to help out with what is probably the most simple procedure they would ever deal with."

"I very rarely leave reviews however, this is lady deserves one ! My father came in 12/23/23 for treatment and Luz Orozco assisted my father . From the moment we walked in she greeted him by name and welcomed him in the office. The Dr was good at explaining post op care and was professional. Highly recommend the 7701 E Broadway location."
