Broadway Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

"8 years ago I received a partial CEREC crown from Broadway Smiles. I was sold on the ease of same day completion and the longevity of the product. The dentist seemed new to the product and left glue inside my gum line which had to be scraped out for a solid hour. Recently the crown CRACKED and FELL OUT and took a piece of my tooth with it. I went it the next day expecting them to resolve the issue, however they wasted my time with an Xray only and gave me a quote for $1800 to put in a new crown. I was totally thrown off by this as I expected the crown to last much longer than 8 years. I had to inquire about a warranty; this was not offered to me. A week later I had still not gotten a call back about the warranty inquiry so I called them again. I was told the CEREC product is only warrantied for 5 years. Not a happy customer. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability."

"Unprofessional receptionist (Jazmin) who treats clients like dirt. I complained about her unprofessional manner and they charged my son $100 for canceling his appointment. We had been going to this dentist for over 10 years with no problem. Now it’s time to move on."

"UPDATED - still no refund after 2 full weeks. You can not trust them. You can not trust them unless you don't care about costs. This is a dentist that will sit you in the chair for an hour going numb BEFORE telling you they are jacking up the price by 15%. They want you to already be worn down and just agree. They used the excuse that the doctor needed to review the X-ray before he knew. Sounds like something that should be done BEFORE work gets started. They also like to tell you when you're making your appointment that everything will be done in a single visit and then tell you that you'll need to come back after they've got you in the door. They've done that to me twice. They do good work, and they are friendly, but even if you're someone spending $3500 on a procedure out of pocket after insurance, they numb you up, leave you waiting an hour and THEN come back to tell you they want $500 more dollars to do the job. You CAN NOT trust them unless you have an open checkbook. Now I've paid them $1000 to do nothing because they mislead me on the addition and final costs until after they collected their money."

My hygienist, Francisco, It’s so good and I feel I always get good care. I had a problem with my night guard, and the dentist worked to make it fit and I’m grateful to him also."

"I have been going here for just over a year and a half. This place was recommended by a friend from work, and I am so happy she did! Every employee here has been amazing! I have been seeing Dr Francisco Boubion and Dr Sean Hanna every 6 months and they have been wonderful. They always make sure I am doing okay. They talk to me throughout to let me know what they are doing and are about to do. I have had 3 wisdom teeth pulled, had 4 old metal fillings removed and replaced with the new “inlays” and teeth cleanings. All positive experiences! The ladies at the front desk are always very sweet. They do go over the billing with you and they do offer a credit card to help you pay off a balance, if needed. I have never liked going to the dentist but after coming here, I won’t go anywhere else! I have already recommended this place to friends and will continue to do so!"
