"Follow up review during COVID-19: I went in for a teeth cleaning today and was very happy with the measures taken to protect staff and clients. Dr. Ji's practice is safe, reliable, and compassionate. About my Visit: I received a call before my appointment addressing the new safety procedures and was asked some health screening questions. Upon entry into the office, I was prompted to complete another health screening. Additional precautions were taken during my procedure, including staff wearing face shields over their masks, and my temperature being taken. Dr. Ji and staff provided a great cleaning and identified some trouble areas that were taken care of during the visit."

"I feel as though Dr. Ji really saved my life. She did a root canal and rebuilt my front tooth. My tooth was so abscessed, it took her an hour and a half to clean it out. She did everything without causing me any pain. I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years and was so afraid during the appointment that Dr. Ji had to stop for 10 minutes and give me time to calm down. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. In addition to her fantastic work, her assistant did the best job at comforting me."

"Their office is always so clean and tidy. The atmosphere is nice. They play quiet , positive contemporary music. They're always so friendly and courteous. They really know their clients individually and make me feel very welcome every time. I use DeltaDental insurance, Im sure they take others, but I have no reflection on out-of-pocket costs... My dental insurance covered all but 10% so I got my entire care plan done of my xrays, cleanings, and all my 8 or so cavities drilled and filled. Dr Suo Ji is a very skilled dentist, and her small team are really wonderful people. The cleaning is SO FAST. You'd think they could work eyes closed behind their back. My fillings would never be able to be noticed, they look just like real. Personally, I had a bad facial injury a while ago and they were very professional and didn’t make me feel awkward or embarrassed about it. I really appreciated that as I’d felt bad already. Also I didn't want the numbing because I was afraid of the needle in my mouth so I did about two fillings without, but one had gotten worse and I couldn’t tough-guy my way through it. They were respectful and weren't pushy or mean about it, but talked me into Taking the numbing medication and then I couldn't feel anything and was so relieved. I really appreciated their understanding, and not being really pushy about it until it really was necessary for my comfort and to get the job done."

"Dr. Ji took care of my dental emergency so perfectly!!! My dentist was on vacation and I was in pain etc. Dr. Ji saw me within an hour of my calling for help. Her office was lovely, clean, up to date, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Then I met the doctor. I loved her. She was so friendly and fun. On top of all that, she took care of my problem quickly and easily. She has state of the art technology so she could photograph my problem and I could actually see what needed to be done. Then she photographed the correction. I walked out about 30 minutes later with the problem taken care of. What a relief. What a great experience. Thanks Dr. Ji."

"I've had so many years of bad dental experiences that I really thought that "bad dental experiences" was the standard and learned to expect that from any dentist I went to. After a really terrible experience with a large dental company here in town that landed me in the hospital, I decided to go with a smaller dental business and happened upon Ji Suo DDS. My first dental experience was a positive experience. In fact, I was so pleased with the service and friendliness that I came in for dental work once a week, every week for 7-8 weeks. All this work got my teeth back in great shape and I've never been more satisfied with my dental health. I've recommended my dentist to people that I know in passing, especially those afraid that dentists will be particularly nasty about former or current dental habits. People make mistakes with their dental health and the important thing is to recognize and correct it but it helps to have a dentist that doesn't make you feel awful and is supportive in your choice to pursue better dental habits. Some other great points: - Rates are very reasonable. - You almost NEVER have to wait. The dentist sees you at exactly the time you set your appointment for. - They do not push for work that is outside your budget or make you feel bad about how much dental work you can afford on a monthly basis. - They work on your schedule and have later appointments for those who work during the day and can't take a great deal of time off. - They do before and after photos of the teeth requiring work so that you can visually see the improvement in your dental health. This is also great because, for people like me, seeing the damage soda had done to my teeth really made an impact on my desire to quit drinking soda. - Everyone here is friendly, so much so that they're like family. - The dentist talks with you, not down on you. She explains things in such a way that anyone could understand the work being performed. - She is extremely thorough. This is good, high-quality dental work. - The experience was such a positive experience for me that I now no longer dread going to the dentist and I'm sure my dental health appreciates it!"
