"This office kept calling me while I'm literally driving in the road when I was almost there wanting to know if I'm still on the way. I got there on time and I signed in and filled everything out in front of this receptionist with an attitude. I filled out the paperwork leaving the clip board in front of her and she took it while talking on the phone. Me and my son waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby and no one called my son. I asked the same lady in the front when they are going to call my son back. She tried to tell me that I didnt turn the paperwork. I told her that I did turn it in right in front of her when she was on the phone. She had the nerve to tell me that I needed to hand it to her directly as if it was too hard for her to do her own job. It appears that she lost then misplaced my son's paperwork which was sitting right in front of her. The other receptionist was even looking at her like this was not her first time and watched her figure it out. The nerve of this receptionist accusing me of not providing when she was not doing her job nor paying attention. If she can't multitask or pay attention then she does not need to be there. I took time off from work this morning to bring my son here and now I'm disgusted with this receptionist and now I'm going to be late for work. Very outraged and disappointed with this receptionist for not owning up for her mistakes instead she blames the patients/parents for lost paperwork."

"I don't even want to give them one star. They do not answer their calls, they do not return calls, they do not follow through with office protocols. I finally spoke to Andrea and asked if I should trust a dental office like this to take out my son's wisdom teeth and he response was..WELL, YOU CAN IF YOU WANT. No reassurance that they even have their stuff together here. A professional office would have better customer service as the girls here don't seem to CARE."

"Never ever going back. Service is nonsense they told a 4 year old in my family (only lost 1 tooth!) that she needed braces….huh? And they said she had 6 cavities and those teeth will have to be removed!!!???? Never going back again! Also you made a close family friend Brianna her teeth bend backwards with your guys braces…"

"This is the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to! We took our 9 year old, 7 year old, and 3 year old daughters here and they treated them how you would want your babies to be treated. Dr. Yun filled a cavity for our 3 year old and it went beautifully! Thank you to all who work here for making our experience so wonderful!! If we could give 10 stars we would!"

"I love the ladies that work here they're great! Jennifer does an amazing job with teeth clean and my younger daughter is a handful but Celeste M is super sweet and so patient with her. Which is super important toe as a parent."
