Dr. Han made it very clear that he was agitated about the decision my son son made, and instead of extracting the tooth as my son requested, he said that he cannot extract a tooth in the same visit."

Everytime, "Call Monday at 7am" and for 3 months that is what I did while then proceeding to be on hold for 40min, taking time off work and life, etc. just to find out yet again I can't see anyone, and I am calling at 7:00:01, that is how dialed I had it. Now I am having difficulty sleeping because my cavities are so bad. I will give them credit in that they are persistently awful though, much the same way that I persistently keep calling them.
