"Hands down best place to get braces for your family. We have had all 3 of our daughters treated at DentalPros/OrthoPros. The staff is excellent. The aftercare received when my girls had oral surgery was also top notch. Dr. Kacer called to make sure everything was ok. I really appreciate that. I love the results and happy pretty smiles on my girls faces."

"The first time I went into this establishment I came out with someone else's ID and insurance card and they had mine. The 2nd time I was told I was scheduled for a cleaning and an extraction. They did the extraction and declined to do anything else. Today was the 3rd time. I was supposed to be scheduled for a new patient overview and a cleaning. Every time I asked how much the cleaning was I was told $108. Today I was declined even a basic cleaning as they said it would be a disservice since I need something a little deeper. I declined the $400 this cleaning was and asked for a basic one at the original quote. They kept declining even though I was going to pay in cash. The greatest disservice they actually provided was allowing me to travel to them and let let me leave without even a basic clean. Now my teeth will go longer without being cleaned and I will also have to pay someone else even more and take more time from my schedule. They do get the one star since they are nice just handle customers wrong."

Despite that neglect, the professional care I received here left me feeling fresh with my pearly whites once again! I ended up with one filling, and the dentist was incredibly gentle and I have to say it looks amazing; he is quite the artist. The dental hygienist had a gentle touch and it was a pain-free experience overall. I’m so glad to have found their new location in the Tucson Marketplace plaza. :)"
