"I used to come here all the time before always had great service. That part didn't change office and support staff top notch reason for 2 stars. However owner Dentist large disappointment very knowledgeable except for the fact felt like I smoked a cigarette after exam No gloves worn. His hands and fingers smelled of just finished smoking and didn't bother to sanitize his hands."

"Pueblo Dental has been an excellent place for me and my family dental needs. I have been going there for 12 years and the relationship with the staff and doctors has been excellent. (Dr. David B Drabs, DDS, Ruth, Loida and Bianca had always been there to help me out. It's been a couple of times that I needed work done and they have never hesitated to get me in. I love and recommend this office (valencia) for all dental needs!!!!!"

"I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. Most work done there had to be redone. Staff tried to remove a temporary crown on a tooth that didn't have one and then the dentist came and made a joke about it. Tried to wait a month to have a crown build-up done so my insurance could renew but was talked into having it done under the understanding that I wouldn't be charged only to be charged. I was lucky to get any fillings that stayed in. No bedside manner and equipment is dated in need of repair or is of poor quality and uncomfortable. My wife had as bad if not worse of an experience. Neither of us will ever use them again."

"I was a new patient looking for a dentist and needed an emergency appointment due to a lost filling. He has a great staff who took me the same day (today) and had me out in 40 minutes with an x-ray, exam and two fillings. Best dental experience in many years. Dr. Penfil was great and very accommodating."
