"Nice, clean, convenient location. Great staff. Dr. Le was fantastic repairing a broken filling. This would be a five star review if the office actually accepted my dental insurance (they were listed as a Blue Cross preferred provider, but were “not taking” any provider-insured patients. This appears to be the case at all Tucson Aspen locations). So - had to pay full price. Also, would appreciate if they had nitric oxide gas available for anxious patients (like me)."

"I would highly recommend Aspen Dental on Irvington in Tucson. Dr. Lee and assistant Karla are the best! I have never experienced such patience and caring kindness at any dental office ever. Dr. Lee's work is perfect and amazing! Nicole and Denise in billing are terrific with explanations of benefits. Susana, the lead hygienist, is excellent and extremely meticulous. "My recent visit to the clinic was met with warm smiles and an efficient service, as the staff were exceptionally friendly and my appointment commenced exactly on time, which I greatly appreciated. However, there was a minor inconvenience during my visit - their system was down. This meant I was left uncertain about how much of my procedures would be covered by my insurance, and I was also unable to schedule my next appointment before leaving. I'm currently awaiting a follow-up from the clinic to receive a quote and arrange another appointment. Despite this small setback, the professionalism and courteous nature of the staff left a positive impression on me. Hoping the system issue gets resolved quickly so that I can continue my care with them."

"I love these dentists. I saw Dr. Le a few months ago because I had dropped my bottom denture and split it in half. After attempting unsuccessfully to glue it myself I went to Aspen for the repair. Dr. Le was very honest and explained the denture would not fit the same but they could reline and do a temporary fix. She did a wonderful job and the denture actually fit better than they had originally. So,now that i can afford to, I've returned to get a whole new set after 12 years with my old ones. I'm sure the fit will be great. I already know the materials are well above average! I'll be back to update my review after my new set has been completed."
