"I’ve come here for almost 3 years, more than once my appointment has been canceled while I’m in the waiting room, and then they just want to do X-rays and no cleaning. They constantly reschedule you because they overbook. I’ve recommended this place to my family, giving them the benefit of doubt, now they are having the same issues. I will not be recommending this place anymore. I would love to hear from the owner/entity to voice my concerns because it’s become so awful. EDIT: my mother called to reschedule an appointment and was treated with utter disrespect by the office staff. I spoke to the manager and I doubt anything will come from it. The attitude and lack of hospitality from the office staff makes it seem like a high school detention room. One wrong mishap and someone is yelling. DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"Overall very satisfied with the service Hygienist look for Kenneth he will take good care of you! FYI I don’t use electric toothbrush very expensive plus if you don’t change the head of the toothbrush germs stay. That’s why I trusted oral b $2 ever since I moved here in the US if you can’t afford electric toothbrushes that’s all you need very economical but for those can afford electric toothbrushes be sure you change it more often I bought mine at Fry’s. Look for Dr. Liu she is the best!"

"This place is fantastic! I get extremely anxious at any dentist, and let them know right away. They worked with me, offered a blanket, let me play with my fidget toy, kept their voices quiet, and let me know every single thing they were doing. A 12/10 painful tooth is now just a sore mouth and a temporary crown. I would definitely recommend to anyone who hates the dentist."

"A young lady from the front desk called me 45 minutes before my appointment to tell me that they couldn't keep my appointment and that I have to come in 2 hours later. When I said I couldn't come in later I need to set up a new appointment she'd berated me for not giving them 72 hours notice. If I would have known "They"were going to cancel my appointment 72 hours in advance maybe I would have called but since I didn't know until they called me 45 minutes before to cancel it , I don't see how it was my fault."
