"Dr. Gibbons has been my dentist for about 10 years and I have presented him with some definite dental challenges! The primary ones were, first, the replacement of a damaged 35 year old front 4-tooth lower bridge with a better fitting and stronger (for my bite) Maryland bridge and, then, preparing for and replacing the upper 35 year old bridge by removing 3 dead and broken off upper teeth that had been supporting the old upper bridge and fitting me with a 4 tooth bridge permanent implant. Yesterday I walked out with my brand new smile that not only looks natural but also feels great and, even more importantly, fits and bites as if they were my own, actually better than those of the past. Dr. Gibbons is not only skilled but patient and thoughtful in planning with you how to solve your dental problems, giving you options and explanations of what solutions each option would provide along with his recommendations that might work within your budget and insurance coverage. In the past 10 years I have never seen him overtly frustrated with my difficult old teeth, or impatient or unkind to any of his staff. The reception staff has changed over the years but the new people at the desk continue to be well organized and friendly, willing to deal with your questions in a helpful patient-oriented manner. I have my favorite tooth cleaning technician, also. Like having a mouth/gum massage! Now I have to go take a bite out of an apple, something I have not been able to do for quite some time! Next is corn on the cob!"
