"2/22/24 UPDATE I don't know what changed this year, but it's really difficult to get the rest of my dental work done. There's problems with getting pre-approved, through my insurance, getting the paperwork put in to my insurance, getting an appointment made to replace my last cap, I don't understand. I think maybe they don't need my business anymore. It was good while it lasted. 6/14/23 UPDATE I've had another cap and DRD just keeps meeting and exceeding my expectations! This is by far the best DDS I have received treatment from in Tucson. Every single staff member is compassionate, friendly and genuine. If dentists treated patients like Dr Rainwater does, no one would be afraid of dental work. 4/13/23 UPDATE So far I have had a root canal/cap and a cap replacement (different tooth), with almost zero procedural pain. I wish I could have started coming here before my tooth issues were so severe. However, the care and compassion I have been receiving is absolutely outstanding. I am unbelievably grateful to have found this office and will be working with them until all of my dental issues are resolved. They have most certainly earned my trust! 02/24/23 Everyone here is amazing and kind. I have a lot of work to get done so I will keep a record of my visits. Today the doctor went over what needs to be done and poked around checking for tooth stability. He was super gentle! I really think that this is going to work beautifully ☺️"

"Dr. Rainwater was gentle, considerate, and by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m very sensitive and can’t keep my mouth open for long periods. "If I could give 10 stars I would. Our son broke his two front teeth Sunday evening. As parents we were devastated. Woke up Monday, started calling dentists. Some were closed, others were full. Desert Rose got him in. Office is extremely clean, staff were crazy nice and Dr. Mac Rainwater is without a doubt best dentist I’ve ever encountered. Made the experience for our son enjoyable, talked through every option and asked follow up questions to ensure we understood. Within in no time he put our son’s smile back together and it’s as good as new. If your teeth break, it stinks but it isn’t the end of the world, Desert Rose Dental can fix it.
