"I had a great experience at Desert Springs Family Dentistry today. Everyone was very professional, kind, and helpful. The office was clean. I wouldn't have minded more time in the waiting room because it was nice and they had HGTV playing, but they called me back right away. The best part is they didn't try to sell me on a bunch of special procedures. They just did the basics and rescheduled me for six months. I will definitely go back."

"I called 3 weeks ago to set up an appointment for cleaning and fill a cavity I had lost, gave the insurance company I have.....all fine then, I called my insurance company 3 days ago to double check and they said 'Dentist is on the plan, all covered" well today, the day before the appointment, I get a call from the same women, 1 minute before they close to tell me, that they only can do the 'checking' not the cleaning, and that I will have to pay 50% as they are not in the network, called back my insurance and sure enough, they are, was just told....incredible, they call you 1 minute before closing to tell you, that you need to pay for the 'check up' and that the cleaning has to be later, for an appointment at 9am the next day. (1 hour after posting this, I was told/called that they called the insurance company again and that they made a 'mistake' LOL, and that they can re-schedule me but maybe " I am not a good fit for them" beyond incredible)"
