"Mission office treated me much better than the Ina office. I would return to Mission office Ina office had zero care and concern for me as a patient and I have been there three times and did not receive an opportunity to rate them. Ina changed two of my appointments out of three and did not take my schedule into consideration, they only told me I had to change. Ina office did not explain anything about my procedure, I should have asked more questions but they didn’t seem to make the environment conducive to asking questions. consented to the difficult and stressful graft surgery. At the Ina office I received a text message that my appointment was on at the Ina Road office and when I arrived, I was told, “text messages don’t mean anything,” I was there to have my stitches removed and it had already been two weeks which is longer than it should have been. Thankfully the Mission office agreed to see me to remove the stitches and I was treated much nicer than the Ina office. Again I never received a survey for any of my three appointments at the Ina Road office!"

"Went from 5 stars to -0 for calling me 2years after I moved out of state and then sending me a bill for $23 for that phone call. So, they can’t have my business so they’ll try and get any amount of money out of me. I wish I could call and work it out with them like adults, but I’m afraid they’ll charge me for that phone call too. I don’t respect any business who will try and exploit anyone for any amount of money."

"I would give 5 stars if I didn’t see a different dentist every time I go. My cleanings are always done by Eduardo. He is wonderful. He is so professional and positive. You can tell he loves what he does. If it wasn’t for him, I probably would find a dentist that I could rely on seeing each time. I am also impressed with the office staff. They, too, know there job well, and take care of you in a mannerly and professional way."
