"This was our first time dealing with the service department. I arrived at 7:25 for a 7:30 oil change. There was one guy in front of me. While waiting to be helped 3 others came in the center door and one by one they were helped before me even though each came in after me. At least 2 of the 3 employees on that end had seen me there before them.Im unsure on the other. If the employees aren't going to be sure and help you in the order you arrive. They need to either put up a sign directing you to where the line begins. Or lock the center door. I've previously bought all our vehicles from Larry H Miller. So I can't say if this is normal business or just bad luck with my first experience here."
"Im totally dissatisfied by their service, not what they claim to be. I had to call 5 times before I spoke to a person and that's because I clicked on new car sales, yeah they were quick to answer my call and I knew they would. Finally aftrr having to cuss them out I spoke to someone in service, nothing has been resolved and to think that I only took it in for an oil change, I will never go back, Jiffy Lube is a far better option. Stay away you will be disappointed."
"BUYER BEWARE!!! IF YOU WANT THE RUN AROUND FROM SALESPEOPLE AND SERVICE CENTER BUY A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP Purchased a 2021 Ram from the dealership and 2 days later the check engine light came on. When I advised my salesman about the issue he told me to bring it in and they “would take care of it” and would get me a loaner truck to pull a trailer that I use on a daily basis. Took it into the service department and before they even diagnosed the issue they told me they needed to keep the truck for 3 days and they didn’t have loaner cars much less a truck but I could rent a car from a rental company for $47 a day. (So basically the salesman lied and told me what I wanted to hear). After I dropped the truck off at the service center for the repair (still dealing with it) I left 3 messages for the service advisor to contact me reference status on the repair and never got a call back. On the 3rd day I was able to get ahold of her and she advised me that she would check on the repair status and call me back. So far no call back!"
"This review starts a few months back when I was informed that the parking assist components were now available to be installed on my vehicle so I scheduled an appointment. I show up for my scheduled appointment and the service advisor is perplexed, he informs me that they do not have the correct components to complete the retrofit. Okay so I figured I would just wait until my vehicle was due for service and get everything done at once no big deal. I scheduled an appointment for today August 28 at 10:00AM. I show up at 10:00AM and check in with Service Advisor Brandon who informs me that the entire service should take around 3 hours. At 1:30PM I check in with the service department to get an update and was informed that it was taking a bit longer than expected but should be completed in one hour. I arrange transportation back to the dealership and when I arrive at 3:00PM I spoke to another advisor who states that the vehicle won’t be completed for another few hours. Finally just before 5:00PM I get a call that my vehicle is finished. I go up to the desk to finish payment and paperwork and Brandon brings my vehicle up to the front. Over 7 hours to complete the work on my vehicle was very disappointing considering I had other obligations to meet this afternoon. The disappointment didn’t end after I walked to my vehicle and noticed grease smudges on the outer driver side door, open the driver door and grease smudges on the inner door sill. I then walk around the vehicle and inspect the exterior of the vehicle and I open the driver side rear door to find more grease smudges on the inner door sill also. Very visible with a white truck that was washed this morning before being dropped off for service. It’s very disappointing when you pay $250 for an oil change and a fuel filter and you can’t even get someone to wipe grease smudges and grease fingerprints off your vehicle when the work is complete. Lastly the biggest issue I had was somebody unbuckling my daughter’s car seat and not reinstalling it properly or at a minimum informing me that they had to remove the car seat. What if I didn’t realize the car seat was not fastened properly and my child would have been in the car seat? I could easily accept the time it took today or the condition of the vehicle after servicing was completed as I am capable of rewashing my vehicle but I find your disregard for my daughter’s safety to be negligent. I don’t think I will be returning my vehicle for service again as this was obviously a one and done situation."
"I have purchased two used vehicles from Quebedeaux. During My GMC truck purchase James (sales rep) and I noticed there was no key fob. He graciously included a new one with programming in the terms of the sale. I met Brian & Adam in the service department and couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service skills. They navigated the path between service, sales and the parts department brilliantly. They kept promises on agreed upon timelines for delivery of the vehicle. I felt they were truly committed to resolving my issue. Even though they had a stack of service orders on their desks they treated me as if I was their only customer. They were polite, respectful & professional even when things didn’t go exactly as planned. They were easy to work with and got the job done. Thank You. I would recommend doing business with this service center."
