"Recently the check engine light came on in my Kia Optima. I made an appt with another company to get a diagnostic ($95) and was then redirected to desert sun auto by my boyfriend who insisted I come here. I sent my information in on the online forum and spoke to Dennis on the phone, who instantly made me feel like he wanted to genuinely hear what I was experiencing in my vehicle before getting scheduled. He let me know he would check it out free of charge and quote me for a repair. I scheduled an appt and within a few hours I received a call that I needed a new spark plug. He explained his findings in detail and gave me an extremely fair price for the repair. I had recently received an oil change and had multiple things that they were telling me I needed to repair and never followed through, so I asked Dennis how my car looked and if he noticed anything else that needed to be done. He let me know my car looked like it was in good shape and was honest instead of maybe throwing something else out, that other places have done in the past. I am definitely glad I came here!
