"We flew in town and needed repairs on a vehicle purchased. We found this place and are extremely satisfied. The owner assured we did not need an appointment to render services. We requested a diagnostic, and ordered an alignment. Two visible issues were discovered a faulty radiator and an oil seal. The shop worked their stations staying very busy. We heard and talked to repeat customers who shared their continued long term support for this business. "This used to be a great shop for alignments that I used several times with great service at a reasonable price. The original owner sold the business and I decided to give the new owners a try. I was quoted $120 for a four wheel alignment. I took the car in and was quoted almost 2k to change the struts and rear control arms. I paid $60 for the attempted alignment. Spent $300 on parts, 1 hour to install them and saved myself $1,700 in labor. When I went back to get my alignment done I was charged an additional $200 to adjust the camber on the rear control arms. Wasn't that part of the alignment? I won't be using this shop for any work going forward as they seem to be more interested in price gouging than providing a service at a reasonable price."
