"Hi, we used Serr's towing about 2 weeks ago. I can't stop thinking how nice and efficient Todd was. The ignition lock went out on the car and the steering wheel was locked and couldn't steer the wheels to put the car on the tow truck. Tod did his magic and he managed to put it on there.
