"Never take your children here , I took my son whom had been growing his hair out for 2 years and told them to trim his hair and they completely shaved it off! They also cut his neck twice! Not a small cut either at least 1 inch cut , I'm mortified that they cut all his hair off after I asked for a trim and showed them a picture, I'm so disgusted!"
