"Being new to the area, was looking for a hair salon that would take me in without an appointment so I googled hair salons and came across ALL ABOUT HAIR. Samantha was happy to accommodate me for a haircut as a walk-in. She knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut and she did an AMAZING job! Thank you for such wonderful customer service."

"Three days ago I was a client at All About Hair, Etc. Salon is clean with friendly, responsive staff. My experience was as follows. My service was for a simple, basic manicure...no artificial nails, no gel polish, no designs, etc. My nails were cut, shaped, soaked for approximately 2 minutes, and cuticle pushed back...no trimming of cuticle or hangnails, no hand lotion, no hand massage. Manicure was then followed by polish. Once I returned home I realized polish application was grainy, smudged, pitted, and is now chipping. Yes, I should have returned to salon for a redo or refund, but because of time constraints and other obligations I could not be further inconvenienced. Total cost was 35.00 plus tip. I believe I received the poorest quality of service at an outrageously inflated price. You be the judge."
