The owner was completely and publicly disrespecting her employee, who is always (at least any other time) very upbeat and pleasant, over only making her $9 on something. It's too bad that shaming and humiliating her employee over $9 in front of the entire store was more important than a little respect and human decency. She potentially lost out on well more than $9 because multiple customers walked out rather than share in the embarrassment of her tactless unprofessional mouth. Stay humble"
