"Came here and bought a water pump for my 5 gallon water jug. The cashier told me I could return anything as long as I brought the receipt. When I got back to my RV and opened it up, it was nasty and clearly used. I brought it back to the store (with original receipt) and they refused to issue a refund, stating that it looks used so they can’t return it. I told them that’s precisely why I was returning it, but the crotchety old lady was a jerk about it and refused. I was planning on buying more stuff while I was there, but not anymore. I left and went down the street. Never buying here again."
