"So I went in a couple weeks ago for an estimate, I was told I should receive an estimate the following day, a few days went by so I called, again you'll have something tomorrow, 10 days later I called again the lady was rude when I asked well? So never mind ill use someone else I have know time for rude business operations oh T&R I too have a business in the auto industry communication is not hard if you you want a quality service especially in a small market! Customer service takes professionalism of having people that care and surely seems like your representative doesn't care about my business!"

"I received an extended warranty notification in the mail (legit, with my VIN number, recall from Hyundai). T and R was the officially authorized paint shop the Hyundai dealer used. First, they had great google reviews (my go-to for ANYTHING) ... WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE at TandR Kingman, and I have to also thank CHRIS VROEGH, the shop manager, who took care of everything, and the scheduling/front desk office manager (I forgot her name, but she was blonde, and the NICEST and most accommodating woman). They also had my car back to me a few days ahead of what was originally told. There's enough horror stories out there from places you need to use, it's nice to find a great one, with great google reviews, which I am simply adding to!! Photos: before and after of my car, and another car with almost identical paint defects! I didn't see how that one turned out. But am sure it was a great job."

The staff at T&R quickly assessed the issue and did a great job retrofitting and installing a modified cover that exceeded my expectations. The staff was very professional and the price was fair.
