Intoxalock Ignition Interlock 4330 North Arizona Street, Kingman, AZ 86409

"Their Mechanic they sent me to first, I have been right for 10 months trying to explain to them it was messing my truck up, even showed the mechanic shop it would start and drive without blowing and it's not suppose to, finally was able to take it to the only other mechanic in kingman and he new right away something was very wrong, fought with the company to get it in for an inspection and he came to find that yess it MESSED my truck up, when installed by other mechanic they had cut my transmission wires and wired it into the transmission....... Now I am fighting for the company to replace my motor and transmission he said b/c it ran so hard for that long on and off they both need to be replaced. He sent pics and notes to the intoxalock company. It's been 2 weeks and they said they would EMAIL me the damage claim form and I would need to fill it out and go get estimates and everytime I call they treat me like I'm the issue when in reality I just want them to do right by me since for 10 months I've SEVERAL TIMES have advised them of all the issues I was having and all they kept doing was replacing the device(3 times)."
