"The staff was friendly in the front office. Nice decorations and seating area in the waiting room. I needed a tooth pulled and they had an opening the same day my primary dentist called to to make an appointment. The nurses and doctor were quick and efficient. They were also aware that I was a bit nervous to be in the chair and kept me up to date with what to expect and how things were going during the procedure. I had no discomfort or issues. "I have been to several different oral surgery offices in Arizona and the surrounding states. Bottom line, the team at River Rock Oral surgery in Lake Havasu City has THE most amazing surgeon, and staff I have ever met. From my first appt to my last appt, I have had a wonderful experience due to this team that genuinely cares about their patients. On my last visit, I told the doctor and staff how much I was going to miss them!! As we all know, going to any type of a dentist can be extremely stressful and make one apprehensive, believe me, I know! And upon going to my first appt, which was the consultation appt, yes, I was nervous and apprehensive, and afterward, I knew I was never going to feel that way again for the duration. I think part of this is due to the patient being completely informed and educated throughout their time as a patient. The communication between Dr., staff and patient is the best I have ever experienced. After my surgery, the doctor personally called me to see how I was doing. And get this: He took his time talking to me. He didn’t rush through our conversation or act like he needed to get off the phone so he could get to the golf course! He literally took his time, listened to me and answered any questions I had. Sadly, that is unheard of nowadays!! I can honestly say that I am so very thankful that I had my oral surgery at River Rock Oral Surgery in Lake Havasu City. If you need oral surgery, I highly recommend you call River Rock!! You would be a fool, not to!"
