"Definitely amazing work. Hands down the best customer service I could have asked for. Ask for Breanna, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, made it very stress free for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my flooring."
"Breanna has gone above and beyond for me on several rentals that had flooring issues. Her constant communication through the whole process, attention to detail and work ethic are top notch! If you are needing any flooring work call Breanna for the best customer service experience!"
"Go see Breana! She is the poster child of outstanding customer service! I went into Yuma Carpet and she walked me through the entire process. Ultimately, I ended going a different direction but it is definitely worth having a conversation with her first!"
"I highly DO NOT recommend Yuma Carpets. First off back at the end of October 2020 we called to get some flooring repaired as we had recently built a house. The flooring was done shotty at best. We knew we were coming up on the expiration of our warranty and wanted the flooring to be repaired. Initially when we called and spoke to Ellie we were told that Yuma Carpets was 3 weeks out, which I was fine with. I sent pictures of what needed to be done to both Ellie and Debbie. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I called and again spoke to Ellie wondering why I never received any follow up phone calls or any communication what so ever regarding repairs to our floor. I was told by Ellie that she had been out of the office for a month and the employee that was covering her didn’t make any follow up phone calls and that, that employee is no longer with the company and that she will get me on the schedule as soon as possible. I was scheduled for Feb. 19th between 9-3 and that someone would be in touch. Well fast forward to Friday Feb 19th at 1p. I call Yuma Carpets and speak to Kim and was told that the person I need to talk to is at lunch and she will pass on a message to her. I wait for over an hour with no call back. It’s now 230p. I call back and speak to Kim again and request to speak to a supervisor. I’m told that not only is there no supervisor but I can’t have her name. I was told again she will pass on the message. As soon as we hung up I get a phone call from Allie. Well let’s just say that if you want to run a successful company you sure as Hell don’t want her taking care of business. She immediately started accusing me of having a tech come to my house 2 days prior and doing work. And I continually told her that I never had anyone come to the house. This went on for 10 minutes until finally she told me that she had me confused with someone else. Well guess what Allie maybe you should have your info in order before you accuse your clients of lying. Then she preceded to tell me that my warranty was expired. Well again Allie, at the time of the initial phone call back at the end of October my warranty wasn’t expired. She continued to yell at me telling me that if she doesn’t put me back on the schedule my warranty is expired. Wow nice professionalism there. Not only that she hung up on me. Yuma Carpets may want to get all their info together before talking to clients because there are those clients that document and keep txt messages and voicemails just in case something like this happens. So word of advice to anyone wanting to do business with Yuma Carpets keep all documentation!"
"The staff were very knowledgeable of their wide variety of flooring options. They not only helped me decide which type of flooring was best suited for my needs, but also gave me some great advice on maintaining the flooring I purchased. The installers did an amazing job. I am so happy with how it instantly upgraded my house!"
