"I came here with high expectations. I picked out my carpet was guaranteed a date for installment twice and it was changed twice. Kaitlyn never placed the order the day she said she did and failed every promise made. The owner of TK and flooring came to our home and made measurements needed for carpet. When the installers came to install carpet for a living room, they said who measured this carpet its way more then you needed. They said its never a good idea to have your husband measure the carpet. I laughed and said the owner of your company made the measurements and no response. There was so much carpet left they asked after installing carpet if I wanted them to dispose of it. I said no. I had the carpet installed 08/23/2021 I called to get invoiced billed to me and never received it. I received an invoice 10/08/2021. Then a week later they called for email again I had finally gotten the email. I called to make a payment over the phone and Kaitlyn informed me the lady who called me was out and she would be in next week. Well long story short its 1/28/2022 I got a call from a new girl on 01/15/2022 named Mayra the voicemail stated " hi this is Myra calling on your project please give me a call back. Not what company she is calling from or what this was regarding. It took months for them to call me back on payment or any response. I would never do business with them again. I do not have to call to remind a business money is owed to them. I asked to speak to the manager and never got a phone call or a reimbursement for the extra carpet ordered that was not needed. Take your money and business elsewhere."
