"Mid back length hair cut supposed to be pixieish, per photo. Got Tera. Ended up looking like a mushroom. Re-cut looks like chopped, pieces stick straight out. Wash, cut but no style, which I paid for. Good place for men's cuts and trims but that's it. Could have done this bad myself free."
