My husband’s truck couldn’t get him out and AAA failed us so we found this website and called Mark. I was frantic because his back tires were really in the water by then and the water was rising quickly. Mark got there so much quicker than he said and got the truck right out! He was amazing! Such a nice guy and definitely saved my son’s truck! Hopefully we won’t need him again but we know who to call!"

"We were stuck on the road on a Friday afternoon without brakes in our pickup & waited 4 hours for Good Sam Roadside Assistance to get someone to us which never happened. It was nearing sundown so I decided to call 911. Bill was there within 45 minutes and was a jewel. He took us back to the rv park dropping our truck there since all of the service locations were closed by that time. "What a great company. My truck died in Ehrenberg AZ. My company sent Parker Towing to tow my truck to Riverside CA. The tow truck driver was one of the most humble people I've ever met. Usually, tow truck drivers tend to be a$$-----s. Not this guy. He explained everything he was doing. He is passionate about his job. The trip was almost 3 hours but felt like 1 hour.
