"Had an appointment for 1700, arrived at 1500, didn’t get to a door until 2330. Finally left the next day at 0400. Extremely slow. I was on their lot for 13 hours, that’s terrible."

"Inconpetent loading. The whole load piled up in the front of the trailer.....that's over 4,600 Lbs overweight on the drives. Happened before and happened to others. After working the load, the overweight was fixed with.....1,000 Lbs. So, the reading on the drives went from 38, 500 Lbs to 37, 500 Lbs."

"There’s a Loves a mile away from here, or overnight parking here. SLOW IT DOWN ON SPEED BUMPS! Very bumpy!! My appointment was for the next day, I arrived a day early. It took them five hours to call me back for a door, I’m not complaining since they did take me in a day early. It took them two hours and a half to load me. There is overnight parking if you look to your left when you’re in front of the guard shack. The bathroom is in the drivers lounge next to burrito truck, across from shipping office. There’s also a taco truck inside of the place, I wish the lady would of stopped talking so much with a customer. Some ppl are hungry. She did prepare my burrito very fast."

"Won't allow you to use the facilities restrooms once loaded. This is what they force you to resort to...once you've loaded oh, and before you get loaded...which was a 4 hour wait even with appointment. Dole has 0 respect for the drivers before or once loaded. Over 50 trucks in the parking lot waiting to load and finish a 10. One of America's #1 food supplies and this is how you treat what moves your products."
