"The experience I had at the dental office was easily the best I've ever had. The staff is incredibly friendly, from the receptionist, to the x-ray techs, to the dental hygienists. Everyone was happy, helpful, and caring. They made me feel at ease in a time when I was really uncomfortable. I needed to come in for an emergency/non-scheduled visit, and they got me in, taken care of, and stayed late to get the job done right. I would recommend Dr. Hattar and his team to anyone needing service from a routine cleaning to an emergency extraction. They're amazing!"
"Nice facility with nice equipment. Would not recommend Justin Stucki. Went in for a cap tooth replacement came out with a big beaver tooth. My bottom teeth now scrape the back of my new big tooth. I believe to be pushing a couple of my front teeth out of position and wearing down my bottom teeth."
"I had opted in to Serenity's in-house "insurance" plan, as I needed a bunch of work done, and it saved me a few dollars. However, I chose not to renew at the end of the year, because I now have dental insurance. My problem now is, a filling has broken, and they won't even look at the tooth without a $300 office visit! This happened prior, while their plan was in effect, and I was rushed in, it was repaired, and I was sent on my merry way. Now? $300 just to assess the situation. I never expected them to fix it for free, but a full price office visit just to see that, yes, there is a broken filling? ROBBERY is what that is."
