"I can't say anything about their haircuts. Because I did not stay to get one. The reason was that I did not get any help from the staff because it is fully automated. You fill all your information just short of a blood sample and a criminal record check, just to have the privilege of sitting there for 30 minutes to get a haircut. I am sure their services are good if you like that type of autonomy. Not for me across the hiway was a good haircut with a 10 min wait, and all I needed was my name."

"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Got there and only had one person in front of me and 3 stylists, so I thought ok only a few minutes, 30 tops. 1 hour later, and 3 people who came in after me got called first even though I signed in before them. I left, after they wasted my time, they didn't deserve my money. it's ridiculous. I went here because my normal barber was closed, big mistake."

"The hairdresser was very nice, engaging in conversation, and took particular care, giving me the cut I wanted, based on a photo. You can also get an MVP, which includes hairwash, hot towel, shoulder massage, for additional charge. The workers here have always taken care of me, just be respectful and when they do a good job tip well, it cost 28$ for my cut and I tipped 10$ for the attention to detail and pleasant conversation. Great place 5 stars."
