"Store very friendly, the lady helping us was great. Couldn't decide between two different boots. She went back and got both styles in different colors. Very helpful and nice. Boots are great wore them out of the store, didn't have to go through break in faze. These things are just as comfortable as my red wing Boots"

"My friend and I went into the store spent fifteen minutes standing in one spot waiting for an associate. Then asked the associate if we could try on two different sizes of the same boot and we’re not acknowledged. The associate walked away without speaking to us. He returns later with said boots and walks away. Meanwhile we were trying on boots other associates were suggesting sizes, boots, hats, and different helpful tips to other customer while we were left alone. We had to take our boots to the register where we were checked out by a separate associate. We were treated differently without being approached. If you can go to the Tucson Tocovas I highly recommend. The one in Scottsdale is not a welcoming experience. If they work on commission I highly recommend any other Tocovas."

"My daughter and I popped in here for the first time and the smell of leather was overwhelming. We loved the selection of boots but were hoping for more women's clothing selections too. We tried on boots and found several pairs we wanted. The pair she was in love with wasn't in store in her size so she had to order herself. We had a good salesperson, I can't remember his name but the rest of the crew congregated behind the cash wrap. We weren't sure if that was their unique selling technique or what the deal was. We were happy we found someone who wanted to help. The boots are great quality and we'll buy more."

"Yesterday, I visited the Tecovas store to buy some new boots. The associate Caleb was really helpful and polite. The quality of the boots feels great! Although the store did not have my size, I was able to figure out the right size and style. I went ahead and ordered a pair to be shipped to me."

"I made an online purchase from Tecovas. I was sent a link to review the boots I had purchased and they didn't post it on their website, so I thought I'd share it here. I purchased the doc boots in sandstone suede and one of the boots looks great, looks like normal suede and exactly as pictured online. However the other boot is very rough and beat up looking. I emailed their customer service thinking this might be a defect and was informed that this was "normal". Anytime I've worn the boots someone has commented on the difference between them, which certainly doesn't make me feel confident wearing them. Seems there should be a better quality control process to make sure that a pair of boots look like they are the same material. I've added photos, but they really don't do it justice. Feeling disappointed as I've never had an issue with Tecovas before."
