"I came in with an emergency appt. The staff got my info and sent me back for x-rays and then an exam. The doctor agreed that the infected broken tooth had to come out. There was a problem with the freezing as the infection was worse than the x-ray showed, but the doctors insisted on continuing until I was comfortably frozen. It was as pleasant as an extraction can be and the doctors and assistant genuinely seemed to care.Thank you."

"they made a apt for me at 530 pm they have me that time for my 2nd apt to pull my tooth. I got there to find out it's a new dr. did not pull my tooth I had a cavity to the nerve I wasin a lot of pain, scheduled me for the following Monday at 445... sat the 9th one of the office girls called me to confirm the apt I told her "well yes I already paid the 80$ to be seen) she came off real strong told me "you need to calm down and not raise your voice to me over the phone" I was at the moment getting dressed to leave to do errands. I was not raising my voice I explained I was not that I was getting ready to leave. but she wanted me to confirm my apt at 430 so I told her no it was at 445 she insisted I needed to calm down and that they don't schedule apts at 445 and I told her"yes I told the Dr and assistant I will prob get there at 445 I need those 10 minutes cause I'm traveling far" she said you do not need to raise your voice at me or argue with me wich I was not doing I was confused by her actions.... because of the way I was talked to by staff i won't be going for my apt. I will request my money back call corporate and put in a formal complaint"

"Very easy to make an appointment and soon after my call. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. The particular dentist I saw was perfect for me. He was "old school" which works for me as I am 87 years old. I received a treatment plan with prices and options. The dentist and I discussed various options and I made a decision about what treatment to have done. At this point, I couldn't be happier that I changed from my old dental practice."

"This place is a total rip off!!! They had my wife in tears,sold her on a deep clean and a bridge replacement $2000+... The temporary bridge was a total joke and fell out after one day I think my 10 year old granddaughter could have done a better job...they told her that two implants were failing and needed to come out, etc.etc.etc...got a second opinion and was amazed that there is no gum disease, the implants are fine and NOT failing, wow this place is only interested in how much money they can take from you...I would never go back to Aspen dental and highly recommend that anyone that goes there BEWARE!!!! And it was such a waste of my money for unnecessary treatment that I should be refunded and you can bet I will be contacting my insurance company...this is disgusting to treat the elderly people on fixed incomes this way...shame on you!!!"

"Fast, efficient, friendly and very clean. They were so good to my husband when he had to get his tooth extracted. Their booking was so easy and they had him in as soon as they had an opening. We will definitely be back. We love the team and their good work!and there very affordable pricing"
