"I am truly terrified of the dentist. Dr. Huxford at Downtown Dental is so very kind and patient. I had both a crown and some cosmetic dental work done. He and his staff were patient and explained every step of the process...more than once. At no point did I feel "talked down" to. They did not give me a hard time about not coming in often enough or flossing well enough. They made me feel valued at all times. The work they did was amazing as well! Thank you!"

"I get extremely anxious when it comes to having any dental work, but especially needing a molar extracted. I had an oddly weird broken tooth and they went over different pros and cons on how to remedy it. Both the hygienist and dentist were very patient and made me feel at ease. I will be coming back into town to get a bridge. One thing of note. Every time I’ve ever had to get numbed up before a procedure at other dentists, I don’t know if they over do it or what, but my entire side of my face and even my nose will lose feeling for a couple days after. It’s awful. This is the very first time, only the localized area felt numb and nothing else. And with a few hours I was back to normal! That makes me Feel more confident that they know what they are doing. And they take care credit and my insurance, which doesn’t cover much, but better than nothing! They even took a photo so I could see what I’d been feeling for the last year!"

"We love Downtown Dental. While it's a perk that they accept our insurance, they are also kind and provide great service. I recently took our 7 and 2 year old sons for their routine checkup. Bri was really patient with both of them and the office staff was really friendly, as they always are. I've always had good service here, no matter who the dentist is, and we've been going for about 3 years now. I've had routine cleanings, xrays and a filling. All went well."
