"More like number 1 rude nail tech or however they wanna call it!!! Here I am sitting and watching the male nail person (who knows maybe even he's the owner) literally shooing a poor older lady out the door who is just trying to deliver flowers for someone that they can politely say "sorry no one works here by that name"!!!!!! SO RUDE IF I COULD I WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS!!!!!! I UNDERSTAND THE NEED TO BE STERN IF SOMEONE IS INSISTING BUT SHE WAS TRYING TO GET AN EXPLANATION ACROSS AND HE WASN'T EVEN WILLING TO LISTEN!!!"

"Was not pleased at all. Tim was the nail tech He used his dirty thumbnail to remove one of my acrylic nails. He shoved his thumbnail under my nail and hurt me, I told him your hurting me he did not care he kept pushing under my nail and he kept shoving.. I will go back not to Tim And he had a smokers cough, and did not wear a mask"

"I was not impressed and won’t return. They used a sander drill to remove existing gel toenail polish- that was a first. The massage chairs were okay. The pedicure itself was a little painful."

"The worst place I’ve visited, Kellie was the one I dealt with very rude, self righteous, did not listen to what I wanted. Nails on my left hand very short while the right hand were perfect length, used the wrong colour polish, didn’t cover all of the nail bed. Went back to have her fix and cover the nails properly, rude again. when I confronted her on the mess she made of my nails, her answer was “you wanted them short” I guess I like the look of one hand with very short nails while the other is the length I wanted, she buffed my nails to re manicure them, a three year old would have done a better job. I have no words to describe her handiwork that she so proud of. Will never go back again. I’ve told anybody that asked me were I got my nails destroyed."
