"Left bleeding by some older gentleman and was told by Jenny I had cut myself. Couldn't believe it. I let her know he had done that and that I did not come like that. They even painted my bleeding nails and put the brush back in the bottle. Made sure to use antibiotic cream to avoid infection. My fingers were sore as hell after. Would not recommend. Nails didn't even last 4 days after that experience."

"Update*** Gel only lasted a few days before chipping I’ve never had gel chip before my next manicure. It grows out but has never chipped. Very disappointed. Just ok, not bad not great. Was in the area with time to kill thought I would try it. $35 for gel manicure with no massage which is the best part seems high. Won’t be back I prefer more full service manicure."

"I'm 40 and have never had a pedicure done. Recently hurt my lower back, so off I went. Very nice location and the atmosphere was great. Staff was very friendly. Jenny did my tootsies un aware it was my first time. I was glancing at the lady next to me getting hers done, just as well but wow did Jenny make me feel comfortable and results were perfect. Definitely going back."

"Customer service is great but my nails started all lifting after a week. I called the salon and she said that is normal for their clients to need a fill as soon as a week. I've went to other nail salons and mine can usually last up to two weeks. I don't have time to get fills weekly perhaps they are using a cheaper quality of products."

"Jennifer did a great job on my nails. I got a manicure with gel rainbow nail polish in response to pride month. Friendly service and quite clean! I heard great things about the royal pedicure that includes a 15 minute massage!"
