"Very unprofessional female attendant at 2206 Horizon Ridge, Henderson NV. Clearly incompetent at this location. Had parking cones blocking every access point despite there being no other customer present at the time. Clearly annoyed that anyone would dare disrupt her evening at 5p on Saturday June 3 2023! She was unsure what instructions to give to have tests performed leaving one to wonder if she was under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. Had a much more pleasant experience at the Jiffy Smog location at 10611 S Eastern! Attendant was very professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Got me in and out in a reasonable time."

"After the reviews, I thought, surely it can't still be that bad, I can stop on my way to work, they close at 6 PM, it'll be fine. Pull up at 4:15 PM. Told 'sorry, we closed early for a corporate meeting downtown'. On a Saturday evening? Right, sure. Won't make the mistake of trying them again; better to go out of my way for actual service."
