"Walked in 2 hours before they closed, was told they were booked solid. Ok, no problem. Then while sitting in my car looking for another location they locked the doors and turned off the lights. They just wanted to close early."

So, Thought we would arrive early and arrived at 4 with appointment at 4:30 but it was CLOSED. No note on the door.. No call.. Also we tried calling many times with no answer.. "Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this location on Lake Mead in Henderson. Took my son in to get a haircut and he was left with crooked bangs and sides. We called and tried asking for a refund since my child did not feel comfortable going back to get his hair fixed & we needed to take him elsewhere to see a barber that charges $40. The lady I spoke with was kind but the manager would not allow the refund even after her employee butched my child’s hair. Who lets someone leave their salon with notably crooked bangs and sides. Never going to a Supercuts salon again."
