"Horrible experience. Lynn Milligan the "warehouse supervisor" was terrible to work with. My husband and I went to the store in March and ordered some hooks to match what we had in our new home. Lynn was nice then because my husband was present. He told us he could order the hooks but was unable to give us an invoice because he didn't know how much shipping was. He took our information along with our credit card. He said to call back in about 8 weeks to check up or the order. 3-4 weeks later our credit card was charged. We figured the order went through. We gave it another 3 weeks and stopped by to see if the order had come in. I was alone without my husband. Lynn was extremely rude. He first asked "Did we call you?" When I explained that i was close by and just wanted to check. Three times he asked me "Who was the order for?" All three times I gave him my name. The third time he yelled it at me. I realized he wanted a company name. I told him it was a private order and we did not have an invoice because one was not given to us. He yelled at me that he couldn't find the order without an invoice. I finally had to leave. One week later I went back and this time I took my husband. My husband did the talking and explained that we had order some hooks and did not have an invoice. Immediately Lynn knew what hooks we were looking for and had them sitting behind the counter. Lynn has a problem with women. He is rude and degrading. We will never go back and we will tell everyone not to go there."

"Depends what you are looking for. They didn't have anything that's it my bill. Cabinet hinges things like that probably would give them a four star I was looking for the table drop hinge"
