"This is my third time going to this salon and I must say that this is my new go-to place! I really love the staff and the owner Mylene. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. Even if they thoroughly clean my nails, it doesnt hurt. I will go back to this place as everything went smoothly. 10/10!"

"Made an appointment for myself (the bride) and 5 bridesmaids mani pedis. I was asked if we wanted full sets and I said yes. We were running late to appointment so asked if we could push it back. They accommodated and said 5:30. We arrived at 5:30 and told where to sit to soak our feet. We mentioned our manicures and they had no idea we wanted that. Let alone full sets. They didn’t have enough staff but one of the girls came back and she did my nails. We were told to come back the next day for the rest of the girls to get their manicures. It was such an inconvenience but we needed it done. As I was getting my nails done she clipped my skin twice while trimming the tips. And then when she used the drill she went over the part of my skin that she clipped. The pain was so bad! I asked for a white French tip with a silver line under the white. I got PINK French tip. She literally argued with me about how my nails were white and then told me there wasn’t such thing as white powder for acrylic. Which I knew was not true. The shape and length were perfect. But I had acrylic and the glitter polish all over my hands. She left as soon as I was finished. I was told to go to the chair to get my pedicure and i got a better look at my nails and realized I had no apex and my nails curved upwards. I use my hands quite a bit so not having an apex is super risky. I was told to come back in the morning to have my nails fixed by someone else. I was reassured that I would not be getting them done by the same person. The next morning I arrived and was sent to go with the same girl. This time the owner was there and I was disappointed that knowing that I was the bride that she didn’t put me with someone else. Instead she told the girl to show her my nails before moving onto the next step. She did come by and check them to make sure the apex was there. But she had left afterwards and I ended up with my nails being shorter, the polish next to my ring finger was jacked up (which was really bad because I was going to be having closeup photos of that hand!!!) and a bubble on another nail on my opposite hand. And again I had polish and acrylic all over my hands and my fingers were super raw from her AGAIN drilling my skin. My maid of honor and flower girls nails came out PERFECT!! Their nails were done by someone else. This was so disappointing as the bride to not have my nails prioritized. I typically wouldn’t care but this was for my wedding where a lot of close up photos of my hands would be taken!!! So super disappointed. I felt so defeated and ignored that I just wanted to get the hell out of there. The girl with the short blonde hair was so kind and did an AMAZING job on the other girls nails. Our pedicures came out great!"

"Iv been here before in the past and honestly wasn’t impressed. my friend asked me to go back with her for a pedi and manicure and I’m so glad I gave this place a second chance the place has changed and is so clean to my understanding they have new management and it’s shows!
