"Jessica did a PHENOMENAL job on my hair! Cant recommend her enough!"
"I took my Daughter who is 4 to get her hair cut. The older lady that took us was very stern and rude to my Daughter. She scolded her for pulling away from the buzzer, just all around not a place to take kids for a hair cut."
"Online check-in was easy. The wait was only a few minutes. My technician was Gretchen and she cut my hair perfectly."
"EDIT: this place has gone downhill. With price hikes and endless bad experiences I can no longer recommend this place to any degree. Honestly go to Costco or Walmart and pick yourself up a hair cutting kit and you'll probably still have better results. We requested our twins have the same stylist so regardless it looks the same. They refused and were very rude about it. They informed my wife "with the same instructions their hair would be the same" I'll update my post with a picture to show how far from the truth that is. My oldest is (was) so proud of his sideburns they cut his hair WAY shorter then we asked and shaved his side burns level with the top of his ear??? Who does that and without even asking? My last two haircuts were a nightmare and they literally didn't even trim the back evenly. I went home and had to have my wife trim the back because one side was completely missed. I'm not going to say I've never had a good cut here they do have some good stylists but it's literally like the lottery you will never know how your hair will turn out. With school starting tomorrow I have 3 very disappointed boys. Seriously my one ask of this place? PLEASE vet your stylists. These people are responsible for how someone feels when they look in the mirror. The gal that messed my hair up my previous 2 visits said she went to school 30 years ago but hadn't cut hair for almost 25 years but decided to go back. My twins we asked for a number 4 on the sides finger cut to length on top, about 1.5 inches blended. One got exactly what he asked for the other looks like my grandma put a bowl on his head and used scissors for the first time. There is no consistency. Do yourself a favor and stear clear of this place. OLD POST Kind experienced hair specialists make this trip a usually welcomed experience. With 6 in my family and at around 15 bucks per hair cut and an expected tip (understandably) it's gets expensive to bring my whole family in. I have 5 boys including myself and they are in and out in usually under 10 minutes each which is partially why I struggle dropping over 100 bucks for the 5 of us (cuts plus tip) it's worth it when time is an issue. My biggest issue with this location is there is one gal that usually doesn't listen very well and cuts into mine and my kids hairline even after ive asked for a natural blend. She isn't very friendly and I try to avoid getting her but almost always seem to end up at her stall."
"I brought my kiddo into this location to shorten up a grown out hairstyle. I called in advance to let them know I was worried about bringing my kiddo in for a haircut. They told me everything would be good, they were great with kids cuts. Get there and share a photo of what I am wanting, just trimmed up, still long. An hour later I am still there while she tries to fix the cut, cutting shorter and shorter and shorter. The manager came over and tried to fix it a few times. I was so embarrassed for our stylist we ended up leaving without saying much. Came in the next day and had to get it fixed. Had to cut a ton off my kiddos hair to fix it and I ended up having to pay for the haircut. I think the manager was more baffled than anything. Here is a before and after for reference. Even though we had a mess of a haircut, the manager was pleasant and was able to give him a nice haircut when she fixed it."
