"Inside the large lobby are pedicure chairs on one side and a boutique with various items to purchase, including oils or lotions used in a massage on the other. The girls at the reception desk were friendly. While waiting in the quiet area for your massage, you can enjoy a drink and receive a heated neck pillow. Once inside your massage room, the therapist talks about your needs and then steps out while you change. The beds are heated and very comfortable. During my massage a heated neck pillow and hot towel foot wrap was included. I chose to up grade for $7, the peppermint scalp massage. 10/10 My therapist continued to ask if the pressure was ok through out my massage and did a fantastic job. 10/10."
