Julie is very skilled at what she does, and made special effort to match my references photos. She was also very flexible with my specific nail charms I brought in, and attached them nicely! My previous set had a large charm that was hard to get off but Julie did a wonderful job at removing it without damaging my nails. I defo recommend this salon as well as Julie!✨✨"

"This salon is hands down the best one in Southern Utah. I’ve never felt more relaxed and comfortable in a public place before. The moment I walked in they were so friendly, and had such calm energy. The gentleman who gave me my pedicure, actually took the time and massaged my legs and feet and put good pressure, and was firm. And he took his time, and made me feel safe and comfortable. I never felt like a burden or felt like I was being rushed. I also loved that he didn’t try to talk to me the whole time, which I appreciate it. He just let me decompress and enjoy my time. Tina’s Nails definitely has a life long client with me. Best Place for a Pedicure, and Best Customer Service. So Calm, friendly, welcoming, and I love a salon that respects and takes time with their clients."

"The staff were kind who worked on my nails. I was thoroughly pleased with them. I got a simple color on my toes and I did a full set with a plain color and simple black line nail art that shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to do. I usually go to my own nail lady who I absolutely love and her pricing is even better. My nails unfortunately grow very quick and one nail broke off so I had to find someone to do a quick fix so I didn’t have terrible looking nails. I didn’t have a high expectation going in, but was in general just happy someone could help me out ski chose easy color and simple design. I was there for 3 hours which was ridiculous when my mail lady could’ve gotten me in and out within an hour. My nail art is not straight and I have polish on my skin. It was kind and said thank you to the mail artists for spending that time to help me and while I was getting my nails worked on I pointed out some mistakes and we worked together. The work wasn’t perfect. I went to check out and the man who takes the payment upcharged me $130 when I originally would’ve gotten this done for less than $100. I proceeded to pay no big deal because this is a one time thing and then he asked if I wanted to add a tip. I stated I didn’t want to. He than ridiculed me and told me I should’ve because these workers work off tips and commission. As a customer you should never be talking to us this way. It is our choice financially and whether we feel comfortable or not to pay is our choice and we do not need to tell you why. I was not completely pleased with my services today. My bad experience is due to the man that works at the register who had the audacity to ridicule me and tell me what I should and shouldn’t do. Poor work skills and if you want customers to pay that much for mail art that is so simple, you should have workers who are skilled enough to do it in a timely manner and maybe than you would get a tip. This is the first time I’ve never filled a nail artist and this is why. I will never go here again. Horrible service and management from the front desk. You made my experience horrible. Thank you to the nail artists for being so kind and welcoming."
